I remember watching this video on loop back when it was only a year or two old. I think I was 9 or 10, and I had just gotten a PSP for Christmas. My grandpa gave me $50 to put towards whatever games I wanted. I think I just got this game (spent the other $30 on a nice case; had enough other games from Christmas) but I could not wait to actually play it, so I just remember watching this video on loop, over and over and over again, until it arrived like a week or two later. Even today, I still have random parts of this video that I unintentionally memorized popping into my head here and there. I'm 25 now and still come back to it every now and then for the nostalgia. This is one of my favorite things about creating art and/or content: while you're making it, you never really know if it's going to mean anything to anyone. But sometimes even a relatively small creation can mean a whole lot to someone because it was there in the right place at the right time, and they go on to cherish it for decades. Thanks for making this video.

Was this made by a friend of yours? I just went on a bit of a deep dive because I remembered the remake of this and wanted to rewatch it. Couldn't find the remake on youtube (though I did find it on newgrounds), but I found this. I do remember watching this version once or twice as well, and just being thoroughly confused by it. Seems like a lot of the second half is made up of inside jokes. After watching it and checking the comments, it finally clicked, "oh shit, this is the guy from Kickassia". Unfortunately I don't think I've watched any of your solo reviews, but back in the early TGWTG days I did try to at least be vaguely aware of everyone in the crossovers. And so I'm like ... well damn, small world. But upon further review (ie, checking the credits of this flash movie again, and looking into the username NinjaRygar, and the Sevenhertz website), I don't see any connection. So I have to just assume this was someone you knew in school. Is that accurate?
