Many people have paid for hilts from 7 Chambers and are still in limbo with no orders received, even well after 1 whole year. It seems this company has a nasty habit of taking money for orders they cannot fulfil, and many a customer has been left feeling cheated, heartbroken and frankly ripped off. Ovoid this company like the plague! Oh yeah and if anyone would like further confirmation of what I am talking about, just google the reddit posts for 7 chambers. In addition, they have shutdown their website, and even while active never listed their names any place on their website, or any contact phone numbers etc, likely because they are afraid of being pursued by the authorities due to their severe malpractice.

Proffie is open source and normally when purchased is not coded at all. Some places do sell it with a default config, but most don't.

@@Spiff101 that's different than just ordering a proffie soundboard by itself. I have a saber trio review actually. It goes through most of the default fonts. Saber trio does code their proffie sabers.

I've been installing this chassis you made, thanks for that! How can I ensure the buttons (Saber Armory's red momentary switches) will be in the correct position before glueing them down? Cheers

I would take off the control box and mark the center of where the plunger holes would be with a sharpie or marker and then glue the switches in place.

It is a Joker font by Repulse Custom fonts, Repulse Custom fonts have since gotten rid of his font website. So this font is no longer available.

Normally it is glued in, the glue can be broken up with rubbing alcohol or acetone. There is also a hole inside the hilt which can allow an Allen key to be used to pop out the copper glass eye part.

Now I’m curious…. Is this how every blade is made? Like if I were to buy a prebuilt one online… does some spend 30 minutes just making my blade or is it all factory done now? Cuz that makes sense for the service fees that may go into pricing for things!

Yes, most blades will be built like this. Some use different diffusers to make the blade evenly lit. Some will have KR pixel strips. I don't know if any blades are currently being made by a factory.

I just ordered Dark Wolf's iteration of this saber, the Reborn Fury V2, for the May the 4th sale. The Warsabers hilt would've been my first choice since it's the most "screen accurate" version I've seen, but Wolf's version is really nice; even better than TXQ's. It has some neat design features, and actually looks a little sleeker than its competitors. It was a steal for the price too. Very excited to receive it.

I have an almost finished real parts Obi. I have no idea about neopixels or installs. Do you think it would be possible for me to turn my RP into a neopixel?

Possibly, I'd have to do more research. From what I know about the real parts they aren't hollow enough for electronics and would have to be machine internally for a neopixel install.

Such a beautiful hilt, I’m installing this same hilt tomorrow with a CFX and install kit! Hate that cfx has 4 negative pads on the board wish they’d make a updated board with less pads maybe bigger holes to solder to and make the board smaller for chassis designs

@@Ronin_Sabers very true I do love proffies for the customization element of it but for some reason I’ve gravitated towards CFX lately since I’m always adding new fonts and have 180 fonts on my cfx sabers( over kill I know haha) but don’t like the smooth swing on CFX i don’t know how to describe it, it’s like the transition to swing L and H isn’t that smooth so I have smooth physics set to 2000 it helps a lot but still not proffie level

isn't the v2 the one with the hexhead screws holding the guards with 2 on each side and the v3 had the updated guards v4 the updated pommel

That is possible, I was to believe that the v3 was the updated pommel. And that the guards being updated was just a cosmetic update.

Love the Party Blade font. Is the "prepare a boarding party" part of the font or is that part of the battery indicator?

The boot sound is made for the font. The font itself is a default Proffie font. The passive battery monitor is just part of the blade style.

I want to install this exact saber. Never done one though and am going to pick one up at the end of the month. It’s my dream saber so I want to install it myself. Do you have any resources I could look into to do an install either one button or two button using the main red button/eye and if two using the rear red button. Awsome video though big help in me choosing this best price for what it does love the 7chamber but too expensive for me right now. The 89Sabers skinnyflex offers what I need for the best price. But if you can help with any resources it would be great keep up the great content my guy doing big thing as always. I know it’s an old video but the one I needed

The aniflex and skinneyflex have a similar price point. There are several videos online and tutorials on how to install such sabers and the specific button layout for each saber. I currently do not have any videos going through the install process. I apologize for this inconvenience.

I have one of these and the speaker started cracking alot and the smooth swing is very not smooth,. any ideas on a fix?

Normally that happens when the volume is too high when coded or the speaker itself is blown and needs replaced.
