Looks like a black wig of Shaye's hair to me on Erika, lol. Trying to fool people eh? And yes that cornet player is great! And the dancers too!

Never seen this band without Shaye. I'm sure Polcer's good, but Shaye is the heart of the band--along with Erika. Maybe the black wig is a disguise.

what a suprice this is. Erica whit her hair and robin whit that funny thing on his head. but they played wonderful, and yes its fun to see how Erica did sing to the sun. she did in the beginning but developed her voice and appearance. i have over 800 video's of TS but never did see this one, thanks for sharing

Love the dancers, as well s the music and singing - even if Shaye's absent.

I'm intrigued by what the washboard player has on his head.

I didn't recognise Erica for a moment but the voice was unmistakable. She looks wonderful and I love the way she sings to the sky.

Where is Shay Cohn?

I was entranced. We could have sat there all day and watched them play, but it was our first visit to New Orleans so we wanted to see as much as we could that day. At the end of the night we both wished we would've stayed until they finished their set because it was by far the most entertaining, and talented group of the day.

It would appear that the police are also entranced by this really magical band and the nightingale of NO.Miss Lewis.And,where is the dog?Lovely music-what else have they ever played?

That's one hell of a cornet player sitting in. It looks like the internationally known Ed Polcer, who's also the father of Ben Polcer, leader of the Loose Marbles. Shaye used to play piano with them. Wonder where she was for this gig? I have him sitting in with the Loose Marbles at Preservation Hall, with Ben playing piano, and it shows how good Tuba Skinny is that he would sit in with them. He's taken up a second residence in NOLA because he's energized by these bands.
