If you are hobbyist or one-man business, then my databases a surely waste of money for you. Major companies are ready to pay BIG $$ to ensure getting a complete database, frequently updated and with accurate technical specs. I heard that Redbook.com.au sell data via API starting from a minimum of $700/year for Year, Make, Model, but can go over $10,000 for full specs database (you must contact them, present who you are and they quote prices individually based on how big is your company).

If you are a gamer and not a businessman, there is no wonder that you see my database too expensive. What do you need such data for?

I don't know what do you mean with car price calculator, but this database contains cars base price in Germany, and if you need it, feel free to buy it.

Each month over 50 people buy databases from me, cars and real estate databases are best sellers, per total I am earning from sales 5x higher than salaries of my mom and dad combined. Why do you say that I have bad business?

But if you don't bother to correct the mistakes I have pointed out on your website, sure enough. I'll just leave the comments there for everyone to see and since you're the website owner it's entirely up to you if you want to correct them, but it's not good to put false or misleading information on your website. I remember you once said that while you appreciate praise you would appreciate constructive criticism more. So I'm assuming you have had a change of heart.

@@elevatorfilmersg I always correct errors and I appreciate if you report errors such as highest floor in my database do not match highest unit number. I meant that rooftop and other floors that do not contain residential units do not need to be included in database. Do note that my website exceeded 2000 visitors per day and continue to grow, sales and custom project requests growing accordingly, I stay at computer up to 12 hours/day and still don't have time to do all things I am asked to do, I prioritize projects based on NUMBER of active subscribers or people who benefit from it. Sales of HDB Database has dropped over last years while sales of Car Database are increasing. Plus personal/family problems that take my time. Adding Feb 2020 BTO and other time-consuming updates about Singapore and anything else not related to CARS is no longer a priority.
