How am I suppose to install Q3 and 4? I scratched up the to beams and have been unsuccessful. Makes no sense..

These video instructions for the doors & the lock do not match the parts I received in mine. The paper instructions aren't the best, & this video doesn't help much either. I ended up having to drill new holes for some of the roof trim because no matter what I did, they would not line up properly.

Worst company to deal with, nearly impossible to get a hold of, missing parts, terrible instructions. Wish I could get a refund on this crappy product. Don't ever buy from them.

Shitty Greenhouse do not buy! Polycarbonate pieces do not fit properly roof design is garbage. You will have to silicone the entire thing once complete or its not weatherproof. VERY DISAPPOINTING, Do better China it's not even 6'x 10...

Good video.. what is the make and model of this one.. I installed a 10 x 8 that looks like the exact same instructions and parts as yours. I noticed that every time I roll it it up the fabric starts to bunch up in the center of the roller. Does your do the same?

That single upper roof metal bracket thats combined of 6 metal long brackets is the worst design and very tedious to assemble. Instructions are bad for that stage of the assembly bc wholes either are alligned for the roof panels or they are absent and are underneath on the other side. Thats me meticulously looking at the Instructions. Other than that its a very nice product

Your instructions to assemble are not goid there terrible I wasted 1 hour trying to get help all your website is for buying more products you don't even have a model number for reference all videos that are available are for different type of hutch I had to go to Amazon to get information to search for help I'm stuck I wasted my morning and I don't know anymore about assembling this hutch can you stop trying to sell me more stuff and actually help me with what I already bought I'm very disappointed with your customer service

Half of this shed doesn’t have the correct holes and is extremely flimsy without extra wood to stiffen it up. It’s cheap quality with an expensive price.

I bought the 8x10 size off a discount furniture store for $225 but as I started assembling it, I noticed that the bottom base where the door goes is on the 8ft side and not on the 10ft side like it shows on the manual and in the video. So essentially all the holes are on the opposite side and me following the instructions is useless. The corner walls don’t match with the ones on the bottom because the diagram’s orientation is different than the actual assembly. I’m getting headaches thinking how I’m going to adjust it and hopefully by switching orientation it doesn’t give me complications with other pieces. I can’t return or else I would. What a nightmare

I have this question too. I definitely have to because I live in a high wind area. My question is should I do it before assembling everything or after. Is it easy to move/slide and adjust once it’s done and fully assembled?

I am currently quoting a 14x10 concrete pad myself. Might do it myself. Not sure yet. Did you get yours up? What is your pad structure?

Not necessarily. It needs a foundation, but it can be wood, concrete block or some sort of paver. We anchored ours to a level wood foundation with a few rebar footers into the ground -- nothing fancy. If you're in a windy area or at risk for high-wind storms, the shed should be anchored to something. You can even anchor the shed itself to the ground with a cable system.

@@rjwlkr We used a level wood foundation with 3/4" plywood floors. The foundation frame structure is on Tuffblocks and is anchored by a few rebar pieces into the ground, then the shed is mounted to the foundation. Works well for us.
