You should try out a 50/50 mix of Tamiya Quick Type and Apoxie Sculpt. It works amazingly better than any of the individual epoxy sculpting materials, like Green Stuff.

It's really funny when someone in a hoby says something like "The only reason you should do anything is because it's cool" and then practically the next sentence they bring up the rules that completely restrict what you're alowed to do in the hoby to the point that the rule of cool and the rule of fun are practically banned and you're actually there to be the best within the strict limitations. The game isn't fun for you so build the tank the way you want to build it and play your own version of the game with your friends. The rules lawyers can go to hell and get eaten by Nurgle.

What a build. I really like the thought of a downed soldier (off course not). But on a model. Watching Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers, The Pacific and Act of Valor, we loose our valiant men and women. I KNOW movies do not make up for reality, So dont hack me in pieces. The diorama use of it is so awesome, to show that it is hell....

Loved these guys back when the War for Armageddon came out in White Dwarf and was gutted when GW just dropped all of the guard kits except Cadians, and the Catachans that need updating so badly it hurts. unfortunately there are a small minority in every area that are never happy unless they are causing issues for people enjoying whatever it is they do ive been in this hobby for 42 years now and continually get frustrated with the negative comments given by certain people those of us who love this hobby should be encouraging people to get involved like Dave i remember the good old days
