We actually use washed #57 stone which is a type of Gravel under our slabs. We don't use pea gravel or dirt.

We always looked forward to seeing him in the videos and had the honor to meet him last Spring while touring the "Nicki" at Cresswind Wesley Chapel. I'm hoping to re-locate to Charlotte in the near future and have my eyes on the Santa Fe model by Classica. My favorite video of yours is where Jack had to 'remind' you to go upstairs while filming the tour in that model. Jack was a true professional Real Estate dog even when the occassional chicken bone distracted him. Thank you for sharing him with all of us... he will be missed!💞

We lost our Chihuahua Papi this past Feb… He was my favorite and yes I still tear up from time to time. I do intend to get a new Chihuahua puppy at some point to fill that huge void …Your new pup is so cute!

I immediately called the wife to inform her and she is in shock as well. Please accept our sincerest condolences. Dogs are gifts from above and I know you'll see your boy again. I love the "spell DOG backwards" quote. It truly speaks to how valuable these beings are to us as we progress through life. We could all see how wonderful a dad you were to Jack. To Roger, Patty and Bella - My sincere condolences on the loss of your special son - Jack. You had a beautiful, special relationship. It was clear to see Jack was your best friend, buddy, companion, work partner, "your boy" / "your son." Know you gave him a good life. I can tell from your videos how much love the two of you have for each other. Jack touched many lives. People that you know and even people that you do not know. When I was watching the very sad video announcing Jack departure, I cried with you. When I saw Jack in the videos, I always said "Hi Jack" and waved to him. I enjoyed seeing him in the car; inside the houses (especially going up and down the stairs and checking out backyards); walking around towns; seeing him when you went to food and jazz venues and many other places. Enclosed is the poem named the "Rainbow Bridge." Hope this poem brings comfort to you and Patty. Hope Bella is alright since the passing of her brother; she is also in mourning. Jack was a very special dog. He may be gone but will never be forgotten by all of the lives that he touched. Jim and I grieve with you and Patty. We loved having Jack as a part of our relocation to the Charlotte area. What a wonderful, fun-loving boy! I treasure the photo of him draped across my lap at our hotel as we discussed our home options. We, too, lost a beloved dog to cancer. It was so difficult to let him go, and though years have gone by I still think of Kirby all the time. I know you will treasure the joy Jack brought not only to you but all the rest of us who had a chance to share in his life. May your memories serve as comfort through the pain.

Roger and Patty, We're so sorry to hear of the passing of Jack. With each video we would get to know him a little better as if he was only giving a sneak peak of who he was. His loyalty and friendship to you was evident. We still talk about the day we moved into our house in Concord with Jack welcoming us to every room. I'm so sorry for your loss, I started watching your chanel when looking for a home after relocating to NC and I got very ill and just watching Jack made my day and I actually would feel better.
