I am used to shooting glocks xdms with powder river precision triggers in them.I have only shot idpa for years and want to try uspsa with a 2011 masterpiece arms ds9 hybrid. Only thing is i have no experience with the 1911 platform.Have you ever shot 1911s/2011s in uspsa competition?.If so are they slower than a glock/xdm to transition from target to target because they are much heavier.?.Sorry about all the questions I'm just trying to figure some things out.Tahnks!.I subscribed.

I've never shot 2011 in an action pistol context but they are definitely heavier than polymer guns. There are pros and cons for both steel and polymer frame guns
