@@GYCBowling your welcome, there are plenty of good educated videos that can help you majorly improve. Here is 5 easy steps without details that will help: 1- pick the right bowling ball for you 2-practice rolling with palm facing up 3-never take more than 6 steps starting from the 2nd line of dots 4-only bowl 1 ball on the lane at all times 5-consider buying a personal bowling ball (I own 3 balls).

@@GYCBowling the balls used in this video are what’s called house balls, they are used most frequently and absorb a lot of oil and are in bad shape. You can still hook with these but it will be much harder, your scores will be inconsistent also.

We’ve done something kinda similar, but we’ll definitely try to fit one of those in again soon! We’re currently in the process of looking for another alley to call “home”. One of the places we checked out actually has every single weight 6-16, so we gotta try!

There’s this saying we have. “When Bowlero gives you lemons, take every damn pin you can get”… or something like that 😂

Please allow us to expand on our shorts title, which you probably missed. The pinspotters on 20 out of the 36 lanes at this alley have been broken since LAST NOVEMBER and they just raised our league lineages. Instead of using that money to fix the actual lanes, they wasted money on automatic bumper upgrades. We get 180’s every 3 throws and quarter sized gashes in balls everytime we bowl. We apologize that this reflects badly on bowlers, but the lanes are beyond gone here. But also, we’re not throwing 16lb balls as hard as we can at the bumpers ‘til they fall down. If we really wanted to break them, we could. But yes, you’re absolutely right. We’re childish for doing what we did. It’s a moment of weakness and frustration that we just happened to record. @@GYCBowling If the problems are that bad and no fixes are being done then the only option is to not bowl there. You're fighting incompetence with stupidity. Don't do league there. I rather not bowl than to bowl on crappy lanes that damage my expensive balls. Bowlero isn't your mom and pop alley, you can go complain to corporate.

You’re absolutely right! We’re just finishing up our seasons and definitely looking to go elsewhere after! We’re a little too financially invested in the current leagues to just drop out. They also just announced that string pins are coming in August… and corporate has been receiving hundreds of complaints a month from this center alone. The entire managerial staff has been wiped out and replaced. Unfortunately, it’s gotten even worse with the new ones! Hopefully bowlero doesn’t buy out the alley we’re planning on moving to! 🤞

So are we! It was on purpose, Sorry! This was an act of rebellion and moment of weakness combined with frustration at the neglect we face as league bowlers from Bowlero… They spent money replacing the bumpers while the pinspotters on 20 out of the 36 lanes either get caught in a 180 every 3 throws or give huge gashes in our balls atleast once per session. This has been going on since last November. This throw was childish, but it happened with a funny result and we decided to post it. Forgive us 😅

Especially as someone who is a pit mechanic of a bowling alley in New Hampshire, I would be right there with you taking out the frustration on the bumpers haha. No reason they should be wasting money on the bumpers over the actual pit itself. Some people 🙄

We love mechanics who actually care and have pride in their work🥰! Unfortunately, this center’s newly hired facility manager’s response to the current condition of the machinery and oil was… “that’s not my concern”. But not to worry! They’ve upgraded how the bar and arcade look twice since November!! 🙄

@@GYCBowling What? You wouldn't prefer to have a brand new bar and arcade where you are rarely inside of and didnt need any upgrading?? I personally enjoy having my ball have chunks taken out of it everytime i chuck it down the lane! Absolutely ridiculous haha. Hopefully they get their head out of their rear end and actually fix it.
