They relied too much on their technology and even though they knew about haki and other techniques they were poorly refined as they thought their tech eas enough. Sanji not only grew superhuman through his own training and adventures, he learned more advanced haki that actually puts him in the same league as the major fighters of the new world.

Some of his forms definetly are. His healing flower and guardian are way better then kings. Though to be fair we dont exactly know how much stronger the true forms of kings spear are. For instance we know his pollenguarden as a shield is way stronger then before but dont know much about its healing. Still i feel like king could still do more, we dont even know half of his true spear forms

People in the comments saying that Wano Sanji would humiliate Judge... Dude, this Sanji could have smack Judge in any moment of his choosing. It's just that Sanji has the biggest heart in One Piece and even when he says otherwise , he didn't wanted to fight his family. Also he was being blackmailed and Judge used a human shield 😅
