That's what the progressives wanted all along. Check out the origins of social security. Most people died before or within a few years of reaching retirement. The idea was to tax the poorest workers and not have to pay it out. That's why the SS system was always borrowed from.

🎉 I'd love to hear what you'd have to say about today's bureaucratic managerial class that doesn't seem to report to any government entity makes up rules and laws of its own and enforces them without judicial oversight. Oh I would love to hear what you have to say

But here in 2024 the government has broken everybody up into individual groups catered to their special interests set each other upon each other like fighting roosters all to distract us from an overpowered things have changed since she spoke

🎉 And it's doubly worse when the government creates those programs to meet some social need without the society actually requesting it or actually needing it but to impose rules and regulations for the only purpose of control.😊

This concept doesn’t work with China as we see now. China uses the money they receive from American consumers and companies to finance influence, their military etc. they have long range capabilities that can reach US shores, not to mention US allies. 🤦🏻♂️

If you work at a place where you have no voice, or you feel you’re treated unfairly, you should seek a better employer or become your own. IMO there was once a time and great need for Unions, I believe this time has passed however.

look... if the tiniest of invonveniences will bring up some free/hate speech pile on, freedom of thought would be a very good minimum baseline to protect and defend. who would argue with that?
@milfordjohnson22896 күн бұрын
is it just me or the free/hate speech debate about where the line is... in legal terms can be tackled by asking: well, is (pick a contentious case) free speech or incitement? in semi public places like a pub or coffee shop, saying idiotic things loudly with the unambigous, deliberate intent (as in the person is well aware what theyre saying is offensive in the local context and likely to offend, thats definetly rude but pretty unlikely to be enforceable.

Mr. Milton has great sense of strong economy for America’s prosperity, encouraging entrepreneurship spirit and Americans happiness realistically for learning as why and how. I have listened many of his speeches by wisdom if economy growing. As a nation’s greatness, nothing can achieve greatly, if economy going down and national debts maintained high and Americans’ emotions stimulated higher. Only best and better policies will be the best medicine to stimulate economy growth, returning debts quickly and heal Americans’ emotions quickly by learning to do better quickly together.

When you're talking about NYC schools being a disaster, don't omit one of the major reasons. In the 50s they were staffed largely by Jewish teachers intent on doing social good. These teachers were driven out in the 60s by black activists insisting that only black teachers could understand and teach black kids. Guess they were dead wrong, given the results.
