I was just up in Kerrville, across to Boerne and then to New Braunfels and I sure don't recall any creeks flowing and the Guadalupe had stagnant water pockets or was dry. Only part of the Guadalupe river with lightly flowing water was south of Canyon Dam and that is due to the Corps of Engineers and the lake. (*all creeks and rivers in Texas are subject to fluctuating levels of flow and can go underground or even become dry at times based on rainfall and other conditions.
