Being that the laser comes out both side does it indicate when you are centered on a space?

Hooking your cable onto your safety cut-off switch isn't a good idea. I believe they provide a cut-out in the body to hook to.

I’ve never had an e-bike before and am seriously looking at this one because of your review. I am wondering if I should go for a cadence or torque? What did you and your wife go with? I know it comes down to personal preference and dependent on your riding style and environment. I’m about 380+ and want to drop some weight but also don’t wanna over work myself. Like I said I have no experience on EBikes so I don’t what to expect.
@makesuperiordesigns2 күн бұрын
Also did you get a mid-drive or hub driven? So many things to consider.
@Distractor_Beam2 күн бұрын
@@makesuperiordesigns The mid drive and torque sensor came out after I purchased mine. Both that I have are cadence and hub driven. I would consider the torque sensor and mid drive an upgrade, though I have not tested them.

Do you have a new link for the stem riser? Both links are dead.

The Delta risers were taken off the market. They had a safety recall. I don't know the details on it.

Which would be the best design for travel? This or the ALLVIA S2? Thanks!
@distractor_beamreviews4 күн бұрын
This feels stronger. The Allvia feels lighter. I think it's going to depend on how you're traveling.

@Distractor_Beam3 күн бұрын
@@dustinhogg6008 If you run it in your car, then I'd go with the S2 as it has the ability to clip onto the laptop. The S6 more sits by itself, so it might be awkward trying to hold it and the laptop. If you're more looking for a portable desktop, I'd go with the S6 for the bells and whistles.

@@Distractor_Beam definitely looking for the portable desktop. Thanks again for the insight. I ordered the S6.

My main concern about these hoods despite great optics is the battery is Permanent and can not be changed. I've heard of many people who weld as there job i.e. weld everyday where the battery dies 1 to 2 years in. At that point there's nothing you can do except buy another hood. It sucks because it is a great hood to use, but I feel spending this type of money you should expect it to last years if you're a professional welder. I know a guy who used a Speedglas for 10 years bought one of these battery dies about 18 to 24 months later and he picked up he old speedglas and it worked no problem. He advised against getting one for the battery reason, it gets tedious as the battery starts to fail to. Optrel do a 2 year warranty extended to 3 if you register online. However the Specifically say the Battery is only covered for 6 months or 1 year if registered online. They know there's a problem especially for professional welders who are under the hood many hours a day instead of fixing the problem they fixed the warranty for themselves. To charge, it uses a microUsb not a USB C, so again if your using this daily as a professional in an industrial environment, that connection is also a potential problem. This could have been a hands down amazing hood but they really messed up with the battery that cant be replaced. Terrible decision imo.

Glad to find this vid. Bought this kit after having been bogged sideways on an incline in pretty muddy conditions. (GD! 😂). We had nothing but a nylon rope with aluminium hooks either end. With the help of a neighbour, we managed to drive ourselves out with him leading the way … but only just. Our celebration up the hill was short lived when we looked down and saw the pathetic excuse for a rope had the ends pulled off the glue with the hooks just hanging there and realised that that last push would have been out last no matter what! 😅 We went out and bought this kit immediately not knowing much about its quality. Except that it looked 10x better than what we had. Still not quite sure how everything is meant to be used but I have names now so I can look them up. 😊
