Hi Tony, thanks for sharing. A very important thing for VSL conversion which is now very difficult in Thrive to accomplish: a time delayed button underneath the video. Right now I've accomplished this in a very clumsy way, because there are no easy options for this right now. Where every possible option for that now has it flaws. Can I send you a video about this, so you see and know exactly what I mean? That would save some headaches :-) And I'm 100% sure users will be very happy with it.

In min 11:41 you show exactly one problem that is unfortunately very poorly implemented in Thrive: highlighting over several words with a line break. There is always a different line break for different screen sizes. Highlighting a section of text that contains more than 3 words is therefore almost impossible to implement...

This video should really be renamed "Build a Complete Business Website in 60 Minutes -- After Completing a Four-Year Degree in Web Development." Thrive Themes is, hands down, the most complicated WordPress Theme I have ever encountered. There appears to be no easy way to start over. Granted, this video is two years old and Thrive Themes has likely gone through lots of revisions in that time. It's super-difficult to follow along with this video while using a current version of the software. For example, I have spent two hours trying to set up a menu, which is covered in about four minutes in this video. But the changes never save on a global basis, only on one page. Thrive Themes was sold to me by an SEO expert as being an all-encompassing website capable of doing everything I want it to. But, if it takes eight hours to get 40 percent of the way on setting up elementary elements of the website, I cannot imagine how much work it will take to flush everything out into a viable, working website.

Thank you for this! No marketing, just really trying to help people is the way I try to do it also. About the tax problem: I use digistore24 for selling. It is easy to learn, you can do 1 time paying for a course or you can have recurring fees for a membership and digistore24 does ALL the tax-paying around the world for you! I just love it. Digistore sends you an Email every time somebody buys something. Then you can take the email address of the customer and set it up manually for a course or you can set up an automation. I do it manually, yes it is a little bit of work but so much easier than handling the tax paying problems! and you can easily have am assistant do that for you. Or you pay someone to set up the automation for you.

You've really built something great there, I'm a big fan of you and Thrive Themes. I've optimized my Thrive Themes website for performance with Google Ads over the past few years and this year I've started to improve my positions in organic search. I also notice that the author profile plays a big role. I have two questions about this: 1. Do you think it makes sense to optimize the author profile for a keyword like "Google Ads Expert" to rank well for this term with the author profile? I feel like the author profile doesn't rank as well; a blog post with a similar keyword ranks much better even though it has far fewer backlinks. 2. I'm currently using RankMath and am very satisfied with it. However, I think they haven't fully developed this function yet.
