someone has cut a hole through the carpet and run their own wiring to your obd2 socket? maybe they used the 3 pin connector with k-line signal ? definately NO obd2 connector anywhere on my 1998 civic ek3!!! but you can get special obd2 scanners that read/write the k-line wire. (ELM327 does not do it) what scanner are you using?

Did you have to remove any brake fluid from the rear master cylinder? I recently did a bike where the pistons wouldn't fully release because there was too much fluid. The bike had had a brake fluid flush done when the pads were low so pushing the pistons back in led to too much fluid.

I know the fuse needs to be chaned because every other day the windows start to work for a few minutes then cut out again. The problem is i don't know where the fuse is located. There IS a torque setting for the hub nut! On my Corsa it is 175 newton metres. I suggest people check the figure for their own car in case it is different.
