You are super involved in Boggy Creek as it is, I don't think anyone would mind if you sat out on this one. Hesitancy going into a blanket is never good. I would like to make myself an Amineko cat. It is a free pattern. More simple than what you are considering though I think.

That teddy bear blanket is the cutest thing! Ravelry is so much fun. Its so easy to find stuff for whatever yarn I want to use or item I want to make. I am self limited on ravelry because I can't wait to get my fingers into my yarn working on one of the pretties I see.

I am so amazed at your talents. I finished a thick comfy sweater for my son a couple weeks ago. He is sitting in front of the air conditioner every day so he can wear it without waiting for cool weather. :) So cute. I've just started a sweater for my husband and another for my daughter this week. I can't wait to finish them so I can get going on the next ones. I am using bulky yarn so it goes quickly, but it's very satisfying to be able to finish quickly. They don't get tedious and the rewards are fast to reach. Made a quick cute little scarf for my sister who travels a lot for work. Her neck always gets cold on the planes so she loves it. It is the Miss Marple Scarf on Ravelry. Very quick and cute. I love that leafy lacy sweater you are making. Such a beautiful pattern. You are so fast with it!

I have done the box of socks for Christmas the last two years because my granddaughter now has the same size foot as me. Last year I had 14 pairs and they had a ball trying on the socks.

Two cats on my to-do list are Amineko Crocheted Cat by Nekoyama and Kitty Cat Mermaid by StringDingDing on Ravelry.

I have the US 50 straight needles and US 25 circular needles. I have not used either, because I am not a fan of bulky yarn, but my husband calls them vampire stakes. I want to actually use them more as decor than for knitting. I did it with some bamboo needles I was given that I didn't like. I knit up a small thing and kept it on the needles then glued it to the back of a shadowbox and then glued a similar crochet hook to the outside. I also glued in a stitch marker I had made. It came out pretty nice. You could make an art installation with the velvet rope and the knitting needles then display it. And the Juniper Moon Farm yarn is very lovely! I can't wait to see what you do with it.

I LOVE color and I really like neon. I would wear neon, for sure! Go for it! It would be awesome to see one of these as a sweater. How did your husband like them? Based on what you've said in the past, I'm guess he didn't like them?

If you don't already follow The Tangled Ball, she puts all over her emotional support chickens in pens in her shop. It's very cute. I've debated making some for my sister-in-law, because they had chickens, but they were killed by a trash panda.

And if you used a 7 weight yarn, she would use a 1? 😁 So, I wrote this BEFORE you opened the package. 🤣

I'm with you. I don't like Chunky weight or larger, either, but I do dream of making a Jumbo weight nylon cord fence or yard decor.

Wow cruising right along on the socks! Each pair is unique. Love all the different squares. Several years ago I made a couple of small afghans with granny squares that I added flowers to. No patterns just used my imagination. I remember it being fun. In fact I have one on my pillows at the top of my bed right now!

Good morning, Shannon - I love watching your videos. I’ve made the yarnspirations Red Heart Pomp-a-poodle crochet pattern, and it turned out super cute. I’ve also made the cat that is in the book you showed recently from Amazon. The one with a skirt and a bow - it was fun to make and turned out adorable.

Started my first knit socks 6 weeks ago with the idea of making 4 pairs by Christmas. 😅 Well, I've restarted a half-dozen times and I'm currently half through the first row of ribbing. New goal = I'll be happy with one pair by Christmas.
