I got the latest verison of PS but i can not find "generate" tab. Are you using standard version of PS or Beta version of PS

Go to windows select contexual bar enable it from there. Make any Selections like marquee tool or lasso tool any selection tool then u will see generative fill option in the contexual task bar.

I tried using the same image as the reference image, but it ignores the prompt entirely. I cannot do a watercolor painting anymore since the update.
