Once again Andy and Crew a fabulous episode, with great detail. Re the Jabsco Fuel Pump, you may be able to get a Re-Conditioned one. I am happy to see that the AP is functioning. A great Loo fix Melissa well done, as always Stay Safe.

I am not physically present with you but watching at 4:05 to 4:12, the idea you mentioned is the tank can not be a millimeter longer. Why can you not rotate the tank so the long dimension goes in and out more parallel with the deck, instead of perpendicular as you did it? Absolutely makes my heart joyful to see that beautiful smile on Jack!.

We tried every which way to get the tank out that seemed to be the only way we could manage to get it out 🙈

Dear Melissa, Andy, Oliver and captain Jack, Willeke and I love to see you sailing with Ocean Melody in special with such a nice weather. It's unfortunately without any wind because with a sailing ship it’s not meant to travel by motorring. You must be happy that the autopilot is running well. For us you all are just a great family. Willeke and I look forward to your next vlog and send you love from The Netherlands

Excellent job on the sound insulation. For the gap, I would but a thin strip of insulation and glue to the top panel. It’s compressible so your lower panel will fit in snugly.

Little tip when working on or near a sink. Put the plug in, unlike when I didn't and had to dismantle the 'P' trap to get a screw back!

Hi andy and family , your video gave me much to think about for somewhere to keep a boat once she is ready to float again which is some way off. I cought up with the new owner from Steel Melody she is next to my Nich32 . ? Sian sends his regards . they are busy re-welding parts of the hull but hoping to get her back into the water before the end of this season . Yard delays are frustrating progress and North Wales weather is not helping. I am hoping to get a schedule outlined for my own project . Meanwhile stay safe, it is lovely to watch how quickly Ollie and Jack are growing up . Peter ( Yacht Brillig)

top tip when you are using the sink as a working platform….. put the plug in! You will save countless screws and those tiny little bits that are crucial to the operation of whatever you are fixing/servicing. Great job on fixing the heads while Andy was watching KZfaq vids ;-)

Due to my advancing years (75 &.counting) + poor health (wheelchair) my lifestyle options have become very restricted. Were things to be different believe me I certainly wouldn't be hard aground like this! Anyway, I should be getting to my point! Which is to confirm my belief that you have all made the absolutely right decision about your future lifestyle going forward! In my view, the seafaring life is so much more rewarding than that of those poor stranded landlubbers! Especially for young children growing up. Jack and Ollie are going to learn authentically about the world that they will be entering only too soon! Happy sailing!

The kids are growing like sunflowers! (It's the plutonium in the chicken and cornflakes) That being said, what a stroke of good fortune with the fuel tank. Another great episode. I have my La Colombe coffee, clear my schedule, watch the show, and the adventure moves forward another week. So happy for you all. PS: when there isn't much going on, just point that camera at those waves breaking at the bow and let us enjoy the solitude.

An alternative for your diesel transfer pump. Piusi Garda DC Gear Pump 12v or 24v . We installed the 24V version at 10L/min and it has worked well so far. As we only use it to transfer from our reserve tank, on long ocean passages it has only had limited use, but it appears well built and reliable. P

You need to get spare seals for the pump. In the head I ken hard to hang over the side. Plus if raining no roll. How much will that tank hold, also how are you going to keep the top of the tank in place. Also SHOUT out to her below deck fixer as she cooks keeps the wee one fed and happy.

Hi, somehow I fail to see why you are afraid to use the hull for the tank. You did th right thing by removing the tank top. Now maybe just glass in a new baffle, and install a stainless steel tank top with small inspection cover. Pick up tube's etc can also be installed to this tanktop. Cheers Peter.
