Kindly make video on Jaipur session court which is established near by collectorate . Because many students who is residence in jaipur they mostly do not go there. So most of the students don't see Jaipur session court. It's mandatory for them to visit session court once.

What about going in international law firms about doing LLM
@medhavisingh1484
@medhavisingh1484 11 күн бұрын
You can find an internship or get a paralegal’s job first and then prepare for the bar exam. Once you have successfully taken the bar exam, you can apply for jobs in international law firms. Also, now that international law firms are coming to India. You can come back and get a job in India itself.

English Translation-Anyway, let's start. So, hello everyone, welcome to this spot. Today we have Ghazal with us. Ghazal has recently been selected at the London School of Economics. Firstly, congratulations on that. Ghazal has done her doctorate from Manipal Jaipur, and she will be helping us navigate the entire application process: how it works, when it happens, the costs involved, and everything else. Let's get started. Firstly, Ghazal, just tell me, when does the application process start, which documents are required, and what is the mode of operation? Explain in as much detail as you can. You can apply anytime throughout the year, but usually, the process starts in September and October. The best part is that the applications are quite holistic. They don't just look at your academics but also your extracurriculars and other activities. The documents required include your IELTS score, official transcripts, etc. Official transcripts are like pieces of paper that have your semester-wise grades. Since I was in my fourth year, my grades included all the semesters except the last one. Then there are references. You need two from teachers, but it's up to you how many recommendations you want. What I did was tell my teachers that I was the president of a certain club, so they included that in their recommendations. Since your CV can only be two pages long, you can't add everything. You have to include as much as possible without exceeding two pages, otherwise, the third page won't be considered. Apart from that, there's the statement of purpose. I started mine with my background, mentioning my schooling years in Australia, my interest in MUN and debating, etc. I connected it to my goal of working on policies in India, using technology to improve things. This is how you write your SOP. Regarding the cost, if you don't get a scholarship, the total cost can be around 50 lakhs. For accommodation and tuition, it's about 10 lakhs per month. So, if you're vegetarian and prefer to stay alone, you can book a separate room, which would cost around 14 lakhs for 14 months. I also applied to UCL, King’s College, and some other universities like Oxford, but didn’t get selected there. I applied for finance at UCL because they don't offer technology. I also applied to the University of Melbourne in Australia, but I missed the fact that you needed two years of experience for that. At UNSW, I applied for public policy and arbitration. People often ask if there's an interview process for UK universities. For Oxford, you need to submit an essay along with your application. It’s generally around 2000 words. For other universities, there's no interview, just the essay and your application. Coming back to your work, you've done multiple publications. Recently, I read your article in McGraw-Hill and found it very well written. Suppose I come from a Hindi medium background and don't know how to write an article. How should I start? It's a very personal thing, and everyone has their method. I usually start with a normal Google search. For example, I was recently thinking about international legislation on cryptocurrency. I compiled all the information I found, wrote down key points in my own words, and structured them into a document. I believe that for beginners, you should compile as much data as possible. Once you have enough data, remove what’s not relevant. This way, you'll have a good amount of information to work with. Watching KZfaq videos and reading articles also helps. Lastly, regarding internships, I applied to multiple places, sent out around 200 applications, and connected with professors via email. For those looking to apply abroad for master's programs, having a strong resume with internships, articles, and extracurricular activities is essential. Focus on learning from each internship as much as possible. Thank you so much, Ghazal, for your time and insights. This will be really helpful for many people. Goodbye!

Its really sad to see infrastructure of the courts. govt is super corrupt everywhere , life really sucks , it feels really disheartening that you have to sit here in such infra after studying 5-6 Years of law. Govt and bar association should take some measures to improve this pathetic condition. Govt Hospitals and other govt dept are still better than courts
