I wouldn't call them Germany's Eminem, since it's more "fun" hip hop like the Fantastische 4 and less serious in tone than most of Eminems lyrics. As far as quick rapping goes I'd suggest listening to SpongeBozz - ACAB ... but I personally like Ferris MC ("Zur Erinnerung" or "Viel zu Spät" are my favorite songs of his) more, he was popular around the same time as Eminem in the 90s. Samy Deluxe is totally worth listening to as well ("Xenja" or "Weck Mich Auf") xD. Fettes Brot is definitely worth listening to as well ("Schwule Mädchen" or "Nordisch by Nature" (which is partly rapped in Plattdeutsch (Low German)) And if you ever want to listen to a German Female Rapper I'd suggest listening to Schwester S - Hier Kommt Die Schwester. But take all this with a grain of salt, I'm not really a lot into Hip Hop (more of a Metal kinda girl) so I can't say what is good (german) Rap and what isn't, there are people who are probably a bigger expert on that.
