I have this saw and I'm very disappointed in the workmanship of the machine. Nearly ALL the components that are part of the construction of the machine are all rusted. Cheap components. The wheels wobble and putting on a replacement blade is nearly impossible. They have NO video that actually shows you how to track a replacement blade. The instruction manual does help. However, with all the rusted parts and poor workmanship it is extremely difficult. What they tell you in the manual doesn't exactly translate to successful practical application. Customer service NEVER answers and NEVER returns your calls. I cannot recommend this product.

I wanted to see how to put the bit on, parts that I'm supposed to grease. My grinder is new out of the box. All this showed was how to wet the sponge. 😐

Thanks you make it look so easy! If I may ask some advice? I feel like this is a stupid question cos no one ever address it and it’s hard to see from videos when starting score is cutter to be positioned on the outer lip of the outside glass edge or from the edge surface and if the later is correct does the start have to be right on the edge or is it ok to be lil past it? I hope that made sense

I started with a Taurus 2 saw twenty years ago; at that time users were advised ONLY to cut at a 45 degree angle (forwards or backwards) - now I see you cutting at all angles but that. Of course the design has obviously been improved, but I want my saw to last - comments?

Can someone tell me what happens if the traditional running pliers don’t come with a middle line? Should I ask for new ones? I’m not new to this kind of crafting, but I’ve received a set that doesn’t and I’ve never used one without before.

Am I crazy or has something changed since this video was made? I'm new to this, and I'm trying to learn, but I purchased the beetle bits system new at the sidewalk sale this year, and it doesn't have the actual cutter anymore correct? Or am I just confused and missing something? 😅
@DelphiGlass9 ай бұрын
There are 2 kits; the Beetle Bits Cutting System and the Complete Beetle Bits Starter Kit. The complete come with the cutter and waffle grids the other does not. You can however purchase the cutter separately. Here is a link to it on our website. www.delphiglass.com/glass-cutters-tools/glass-cutting-systems/flying-beetle-cutter

Skip to 2:44. At 4 minutes, the slow talking lady will be cut off in the middle of FINALLY setting the temperature. She never gets to explain how to review the existing programs. Perhaps she is still out there somewhere in the year 1998, holding her finger in midair.
