These are effective stretching. I had sciatica a few yrs ago (so painful) and my hubby found this YT 18-min sciatica stretching exercise done by a couple. The pain went away gradually. Been doing the stretching sinxe then - in the a.m. B4 getting off the bed and B4 bedtime.

i think i am experiencing this now..i went to the doctor got a x-ray seen nothing he gave me a pelvis belt pain killer and was so good i didnt felt any pain anymore i didnt drink the pain killer though

had a random sciatica pain at work and my coworker told me to just do the knee cross on the affected leg. It went away in 2 seconds and i was standing doing it too
