This was super helpful info, thank you. My doctor keeps talking statins, but I don't want that--too many not so great side effects.

I can feel my blood pressure droppong, but that symptom seems to be easing off,i have a phone appointment with my Dr on friday 23rd august about the drug after taking it fir a month..I'm struggling to ejaculate properly but have pain in the testcles as well and cold like symptoms which seem to be permanent..Having all three of these is too much,i also watched a utube urologis earlier and she said that the sexual problems on average can go on fir 4 years after long ter use..ad advised taking alternatives drugs..Wha i don't understand is with all these side effects which can be life effecting why is the drug prescribed so ofte,,The urologis said 8-18% of ejaculate and ED function occurs on this drug, but alternative drugs just 0.6%..i caj only assume that is is very cheap to produce..

I am 79 years old and am supplementing with 100 grams of zinc and copper. I have noticed I get no colds been on for 2 months. No more blotchy skin which is now smooth and a good feeling of more energy.

Very interesting and informative video. A lot of the info on here would be dissapointing for many people. Ive read that people look to take pregnenolone to help reduce stress and increase energy and sex drive etc. but it seems you need to have all these in check before taking it which removes the reason to take it in the first place. Kind of a catch 22

Thanks Robert. I catch heat (and a lot of lost income) for not recommending supplements more. But that's the point: if your foundation (diet and lifestyle) is on point it eliminates the need for a lot of supplements. And with something like pregnenolone - which can be turned into so many other hormones - it's really hard to predict how any one person will respond.

I tested 12KFU (daily) nattokinase (for 12 months) - made absolutely no difference to my apoB, LDLC, vLDLc or HDL. Rosuvastatin dropped apoB by 40% (and LDLc by 40+%). the tests from china were using 12KFU on some VERY diseased OLD (70+) arteries (1300uM) and tested by ultrasound cIMT.

Hi I have been taking Ropinrole for the last 3 years and it started with jist 0.25 and it has gone up to 1mg as of now... I have observed that whenever i take 0.5mg tablets, for the next 2 hours, will be having lot of anxiety and withdrawals to any ask or work and after couple of hours it slows down... And with 1mg, have lots nausea, giddiness and tiredness... So really looking for an alternative better for a permanent solution

I just got Emgality from my pharmacy today. It takes 40mins for me to get home to put it in the fridge. Should I have not put it back in the fridge since it probably got to room temperature on my way home?

This is the worst drug. It sent my son into a Neuropsychiatric tail spin at the age of 11 causing suicidal thoughts, depression and anxiety. I took Singulair at the same time and could not stand to be in my own skin. My son still suffers from depression and anxiety. I am curious if microdosing can reverse some of the damage Montelukast has caused. There is a Facebook page of parents whose kids have taken this medication.

My daughter just got forced onto this drug against my expressed concerns. The children’s hospital that she was being transferred to allowed me to have her on another anti seizure medicine as a preventative measure because she had a medium head injury and the concern was she could have a seizure and get worse. Now she has headaches in between her eyes that are very strong and she vomited. This drug also comes with a warning of seizures from withdrawals when getting off of it. In my opinion the risks outweigh any benefits for children and you should not take the risk of psychosis when there are other options. The rash mentioned in this video is sometimes an early symptom of DRESS which is often deadly as your skin is your largest organ and this is not the only organ at risk with DRESS.

I've been taking Sumatriptan for probably 25 years now. I remember the first injection I ever received. To describe it, think of those glass globes that have electricity crackling inside. That's what my scalp felt like. I guess it fit into the "pins & needles" side effect. As weird as it is, I always welcome that feeling, because I know it's working, and relief will be here in 30 to 90 min.

I use it regularly I take one day off a week just to kind of clear my system but I can’t say enough good things about it I caught the virus back in 2020 and as a result had some blood clots forming my left lung the doctors wanted to push us some Plavix at me and I said that I would use my own methods which of course is serrapeptase the blood clots were dissolved and I’m very happy to say that I recovered very well

I think it would be easy to measure whether natto is not good for you on a blood thiner. While on warfarin your blood level should be between 2 and 3. If you can manage to keep this level while taking natto then I don't see the problem with it. However, if you are constantly going over 3 then reduce natto or eliminate it. Not complicated.

I been off keto now for over 2 years and was on it for a year . Im still struggling on a daily basis with this mess . No matter what I do food wise , it hasnt made a difference. I m looking to see an endocrinologist for this cause Ive had enough of it . I might need metformin or something to try to reverse it .

Great video. I don’t have hypoglycemia, but I frequently have reactive hypoglycemia. I would love to know if that is also caused by mineral deficiencies as well and if there is anything I can do to prevent the huge drops in my glucose levels.
