You cheated, I've never seen the guides use an airplane to spot the bear, all the great guides, spot and stalk, not from an airplane. They walk the miles to a spotting point, then they walk the miles to stalk the bear, the only plane used, is getting to camp.

I am firm believer that goose shit is literally the problem...at least wherever geese and csribou overlap. They eat everything and then their shit kills everything...its ridiculous and the snow goose population is out of control. Nobody talks about what happens to othwr species when another is wayyyyy put of whack.

I've watched several of these shows and I get a kick out of how Steve pushes these Bergara rifles. They the hunter sighting it in then the hunter ends up using another rifle.😅

Hey, I know this video is a little old but this was the most recent where the comments were turned on. I was trying to save a video and it says I can't because you have labeled your videos for kids. Not sure if you did this to turn off comments but it please get rid of it so we can save your videos. Thanks!! Also it would be cool to comment and ask questions. Thanks!!

Oregon is the same way why should the animal continue to suffer until a cop comes. When an ethical human can stop their suffering.

No animal should suffer. When I hunt, the animal is taken down quickly and humanely. This law is just plain wrong

Just yesterday I witnessed a doe injured by a car, she was twitching her tail. I gave my .45 to a railroad worker who was big and burly figuring he knew better than me on ending the does suffering. I think I was wrong. He said two shots to her head, but she suffered for another fifteen minutes. Her belly was big, and milk heavy. I feared a fawn was near, I visited twice and informed houses of my fear. How do you kill quickly to avoid suffering?

great video and information and in 2023 alot of our animals their populations is declining from lose of habdo to habitate do to humans and disease and lack of enough food . forest fires , do they really count them all every year I doubt it just estimate their population. they supported us for decades and our gratitude is destroy the forests and their feeding ground by taking anything we want regardless what has to suffer from it . I think its a good move to close the carioo hunting until we find out if the decline is continuing or they are reounding . just look at the moose population in the USA . just my opinion . congratulations cody on a beautiful cariboo and Steve and the rest of your party

i usually love your videos but this one really pissed me off. you NEVER shoot a brown bear that far, you guys got extremely lucky it turned back at you. should be ashamed putting that on youtube. you lower 48'ers are annoying , save those long shots for sheep, deer, antelope, but not the second biggest predator in north america

Also the reason you women need to slow the heck down and ask a man the best course of action. Literally law enforcement only makes the animal's life worse and causes more suffering than anything. If someone stop's to help and nobody is hurt. Let the person that knows the right thing to do, do their thing and keep your flapper shut for 10 minutes

I've killed over 30 turkey with Winchester double xx 3"mags and Remington 3"turkey loads. Of course i call my birds up to 20-40 yrds.i did kill one at 70 yrds with a Winchester xx. You do not need tss sure they are good but so are the others. The real question is why are shotgun shells that have steel in them $17 a rnd. That's just a marketing scheme

I was like you as well, and then I shot a bird at 42 yards last year given a shot him a little bit low feathers went everywhere, but it was not a body shot. It was more of a base of the neck shot and he ran away. He could not fly due to his injury, but never found him after searching for over three hours.
