I see the S hitty hippie attempt with mediocre results I believe you owe me 3:40 of time and at $80 an hour it’s a few bucks also I do not accept trail mix as currency

Guess what, YEARS later and thousands of miles, the seat is still comfy and works great. Different account, same guy. :)

@@georgekersey1217 mediocre results sound pretty good to me. I'm about to try on the seat of my cx500 that I spent $500 on for the whole bike. I'm not about to spend $250 just for a new seat. I'll take the mediocre DIY. I think I'm going to add in replacing the foam though so that will be interesting

Hows the boat reaction in rocks and low water underneath? Thanks
@Stormysummerz2 жыл бұрын
Fantastic.. we avoid when we can... then sometimes just drag it across them.. we got many rocks in the river. Good boat is thick and very tough.

Amazing. Is that your bris raft?

Hello! Hope you had a good trip! Was there anything you didn't end up using, brought more of, or things that you thought would have been nice? I, personally, would love to have a fresh pair of socks each day at camp lololol.

Hey there - Erin here! One thing I under estimated was how important a NICE camp chair is! I brought one of the collapsible backpacking chairs and WOULD NOT recommend it!! WE definitely did some damage to the chairs on the trip so also pack an extra! I also wish I had a second pair of gloves for the river so I could always have a dry pair (Wear one while the other pair is drying).
@pharaohjohn3 жыл бұрын
@@resourcefulhippies9218 THANK YOU for these recommendations! I was in a research wormhole for ultralight campchairs, but I'll just bring a decent one from WallyWorld. I'm seeing repeatedly that it's hard to overpack a raft, so I'll opt for a regular chair. And great thinking on the gloves, too! I have a nice set of pre-curved neoprene kayaking gloves, but if they got wet, I could switch to a dry pair at camp. Thanks again!

How many high school kids and one adult can fit into it and be comfortable? 5? How many adults? 4?
@resourcefulhippies92183 жыл бұрын
Hi Craig! We have smushed 5 adults in before for a float, but it was a tight squeeze! We can comfortably have 4 adults but not much room for any dry bags/gear. However, we did fit 2 people and most of our gear for a 5 day overnight trip!

it would be nice to see if a girl can pump it up conplete with the footpump and video that without speeding up
@resourcefulhippies92183 жыл бұрын
Hi there - Erin here! As a pretty small female, it takes me about 10 minutes to pump up each chamber using the foot pump and I have take breaks in-between. However, using my dual action paddleboard pump I can cut that time in half! It isn't too bad.
