Thank you so much for this. I’ve been dealing with my insecurities for as long as I can remember, lacking confidence and being too much in my head. This was a great reminder on what I need to focus on. Thanks again, and yes, I listened through to the end!

Having the fortitude to choose a higher standard and know that it's not impossible to fit a mold that feels as though it was made for someone else. The desire to apologize for me often is spurred because of what i felt like got skipped since being curious has its set backs. People project, for me it's important to consider my approaches to make sure im not mismanaging how I direct my energy. Being a easy target is a good and bad thing, when someone has a superiority complex they are most likely juggeling disappintment and keeping some kinda of energy thats reliable to them. Its okay to give up on things that aren't worth holding onto especially when our standards might not have gotten run off by the need to be unchallenged. Also the feeling that people may act superior is too not have to fake their confidence later in order to persererver , to be contagious.. like you say, having so many roll models makes more molds to fill. Your ramber of words is great, reminds me how i used to be with my grandmother. 💫 🌿

what is it that is done that i see that they seem never to see and how long will it be to be alone and not able to see why you dont see what i see. strange it is to do nothing. and then have what i have. yet dont have. as you can not see what i have or do not have. you will never see. i suppose this is where i must reseign eternally, isolated forever. for they do not see. they can not reach me.

Hey, cosmetologist here, i also have wavy hair. What i like to do; I put my hair products in first after the shower, then take a microfiber towel crunch the hair, then when it’s some what dry- take your hair blow dryer ( some dryers have a cool setting) and blow dry it. If you have a curl attachment for the dryer that helps a lot as well. Hope this helped, love your videos

i like ur name. also everything is insane i dunno what is real but. def ppl always telepathic and talking about me its kinda literally true... everything is about me, do you not see that? i mean also those various little things, the interactions of my mind and yours beyond time clearly, can you not see that? can you tell what i got going on? i mean, it is literally happening in your life... and literally everywhere, you really cant see it?

hi, seeing this video a few months after the upload date as it was just recommended by the algorithm but i wanted to leave a comment with my appreciation anyways! not gonna leave my whole life story in this comment but tl;dr i'm autistic and have adhd, depression, anxiety, the whole shebang lol and after a certain point in my life and school career i began to have extreme motivational and attention issues. which naturally i didnt deal with at all just kind of coasted and suffered indefinitely until i graduated hs, got into college, then spectacularly went down in flames during my second semester and dropped out. im a year out from that decision and for the first time ever i'm actively seeking out content that would help me with, ideally, being a human being. not a lot of stuff online clicks for me but your format, way of speaking, and presentation of information is really helpful and keeps me in the right headspace. your explanation of affirmations is the first time it's actually made sense to me and not sounded like pseudoscience! so thank you very much for this, genuinely. i'll wrap this comment up but your arrangements are so beautiful as well. one of my mother's close friends is a florist and growing up i would always love seeing them when we visited. i hope your journey has been going well so far :)

if it helps anyone, the coziness i have found in waking up early is getting to experience the peace and quiet of the world before everybody is awake. waking up with a nice, slow, warm shower; getting to watch the sunrise as you have a hot drink in the morning after getting out of the shower and feeling refreshed... sometimes nothing quite hits like it :-)

About struggling and doing it till you start doing it well. This reminds me there are some people who are expert in reading or reciting Quran but however God says he will double the reward to those who struggle and stumble to read it...

If you train yourself like you did to create a fals part for yourself you are not real anymore, you just were a mask, you are fake. You simulated. Like you said you become "another" person. Well done, you have created something that its not you, you think you are better but all you do is creating mask after mask. Be yourself its not about "create" something with you its about "no-create" just be yourself but its not that eazy because we humans thinking that we need to do something to become special. You are perfect from day 1 when you habe been born you dont need to "create" yourself again.
