Damn you’re getting way too much hate in the comments. I just started collecting snes cib got a star fox cib off ebay. The box just feels too shiny but I’m not sure. It came with all inserts. But my tetris attack box has duller paper. Feels so difficult to know.

I'm pretty new to video making. I definetly go more into the point in my other videos. I can totally understand that you may be looking for this video to just simply use as a quick guide as you're buying something on the spot, and my ramblings were sort of unessary and annoying. My biggest point was to point out tips as all repos vary in level of quality. There's some super obvious fakes, just like there are repos that look very good. I recommend doing your research and using tools such as [etc...] snescentral.com/article.php?id=0624 www.videogamesage.com/ I may even plan to just simply release a more on the point video in the future. I appreciate the feedback.

all those are fakes? The colors fade over time and it is difficult to judge whether a box is repro or not whether to use as an argument that "x" letters are whiter.

Gameboy Interface is a great alternative to the Gameboy Player disc. The games even look and play better to. The disc is quite expensive now.

Wow, $34.99 had to be around 2002/3 when the price was going down and when Gamestop still sold PS1 games. Shortly after is when it started to go up in price. The cover art is removable but it wasn't really meant to be removed.

The wireless adapter was only compatible with a few games anyway. Still nice to have to make it more complete.

For sure! I mostly want to get it just to be "more complete" but I would 100% take a nice box with no adapter vs a worse box with an adapter.

Very nice copy! I've thought about unboxing this as well. Since no GBA games came with a dust protector, they all came in plastic bags. Yes, that insert is exclusive to the game. Most Nintendo published games came with those 4 inserts. Earlier ones came with 3.

That MM box is a pretty good repro. If you have to stare at a box for more than 10 seconds, it's a good knock off. The off colors with SMRPG are more obvious. The two trays are usually called Center Tray and Upper Tray by collectors.

The nintendo seal of quality is shiny under a flash light. But it's only at a certain angle.

It can be hard to see fakes over camera. There's a good reason why people get scammed all the time. I wanted to mostly talk more about what to look out for instead of necessarily being able to present a fake at face value. This majoras mask is a really good fake! If it wasn't for some knowledge such as the seal of quality and using the barcode scanner to see it's a different game I wouldn't be the wiser tbh.

From what I can tell, it doesn't seem that way. Looking over the code right now, and there is nothing stating a date. The only thing that it states is "Can only be redeemed once." So, as long as the system is supported it shouldnt be an issue.
