Own these in 24g and love em. It's my heaviest set. I changed the colour from white to black/purple and put some Axe 120's on there. Today my nano storm points should be arriving to finish up the dart. Turned it into a 95eu dart like that, but If you're a scallop player like me these are a MUST try dart!.

@LoveDarts I used to have a blade 6 tc. Great board indeed but it started dropping darts after 6 months of intense use. I just ordered the goat. Thanks for the recommendation!

I have these darts in a 26 gram version. The 95%Tungsten make them slimmer than most 26 gram and they are an ideal barrel length, which is approx 48mm long. The grip and coating make them secure in your grip, but after a while the coating and front grip has worn down slightly, but not lost the grip factor. Not sure if it is the coating but I find these darts are like racing tyres the warmer they get, the grippier they feel in the hand. I have decided to make these my go to darts , after a lot of indecision over style and weight of dart to use. The design and shape make these good darts for grouping into treble beds. I use extra short stems and regular flights, which seems to balance these darts perfectly for my throw.

Did the biscuit crack in the bull end up causing any problems. Did this heal with extended play? I just bought a new dual core and there is a similar crack in the red bull section. I'm a bit concerned given the size of the crack compared to the size of the segment. I really enjoy your videos. Keep up the great work. Cheers

Not that I remember buddy. Most boards are targets and not used for decoration so I expect it to get battered up over time. Had no issues though. Appreciate the support!

Erm I don’t know tbh without trying. I don’t tend to repoint the darts unless I’m using them. They should be ok target points in a target dart!

Yes any Swiss point target dart is designed to fit any target point, nano will eliminate the lip making this dart amazing

Hello mate. I know it's been a year since you reviewed these darts, but can you remember if the grip is a non-slip type of feel? I know you gave it a 2/5, but ratings are usually done on aggressiveness and not non-slip. Cheers mate. Appreciate your vid!

I’ll try them out tomorrow and see what I think m. From what I remember they didn’t feel super aggressive or grippy. Think I’d stick with the 2 rating but they are stunning.

@@LoveDarts - ah, I really appreciate you digging them out again. Yeah, I didn't think they were aggressive, but just wanted to know if the coating made the barrel non-slip. My finger and thumb tend to slip on smooth tungsten barrels so was hoping that this gel like texture would help. Thanks for the reply and revisiting the darts for me!

@@Its_A_London_Thing the cuts give it a very slight grainy feel to it so it’s not smooth smooth like you are suggesting but also not significant at all. It’s quite a comfortable grip for the lower rating. Hope that sort of helps… hard to fully explain.

@@LoveDarts ha.. No, that's a good enough explanation. It's such a shame that they're aren't any shops anywhere near me where I can go in and try before I buy... You'd think London would be swamped with dart shops given the popularity - but I've amassed 15 sets in 14 months trying to find a grip profile that suits me. I've now ordered the Phil Taylor Gen 9 as I'm told that has a non-slip rear grip! The other set I'm mulling over is the Barney 25's. But I'm hoping that the Gen 9's will be the last purchase I make for at least a year - or month as has been my current form! 😂

It's been 4 months since I started. I currently have cheap sets of different weights, from 26 grams to 23 grams. in different barrels. But I can't decide what weight and barrel to play with. I'm working on my own. I watch PDC players on KZfaq and try to create a style of my own. What would be your advice on this matter? Some people say go from heavy to light, some say 23 grams is the ideal weight, start with this, some say if you have a slow throw, choose heavy, if you have a fast throw, choose light. I'm so confused.

I advise 23g tbh. It’s a popular weight for a reason and the sooner you find something that you feel comfortable with the easier it gets. I stay away from longer barrels as you tend to get better control. These bombs are pretty short so I wouldn’t say start with these. I’d go with something 23g and under 50mm long. I think that’s a good basic!

Had a good few sessions with these now, and they are the best dart I’ve ever thrown. Straight to the top of my collection. They are so comfortable to throw, my finger grips the front section perfect every throw. They also look amazing in the board. 🎯

My experience with these champagne rings is that they dont hold very good on the original l-style shafts. The metal ones slip all the time, the plastic caps are a little better. In the end, I use Harrows360 and Harrows Supergrip Carbon and they hold much much better. Its a shame really.

Never had them slip really for me. Always quite nice snug fit! I use the carbon ones.
