I'm here to preach about bidets. They are cheap and can easily be attached to a toilet. I even have a portable one for when traveling.

Ever since I finally took the plunge and got a bidet, it is a crime against nature that they aren’t standard on public toilets in America.

Boba you should read about OAB (over active bladder). Lots of things can cause it, and you can do a lot of things to alleviate it and make it less annoying. One of the most effective things for me is if I'm going anywhere I cut out caffeine. Huge improvement.

ive been super sick for 3 weeks, just finished a 10 day round of antibiotics, which ABSOLUTELY destroyed my gut biome.... today was my first day back at work, and i told one of the new kids, "after 10 years, i've pooped here maybe 7 times. 4 of those times were today." 🤣 also, because i've been so wrecked, so long as im at home, i just grab a few sheets of tp, wet it in the sink, and no more marker-butt... GAME CHANGER, and no used wipes in the garbage! why am i admitting any of this?? 😰

Two things: Using the wet wipes is a cheap mans cleaner alternative to a bidet, which is cleaner haha. The constent pee thing could be related to taking the caffeeine pills or eating too much sugar. I have the same problem and i suppose it's your body's way of flushing it out as soon as possible everytime it tries to absorb those chemicals.

I think that adhd thing is mainly caused by years of prioritising other things over doing what body says it needs to do, and maybe a bit by dissociative depersonalisation caused by anxiety sometimes

I think unless u do a weird poop then I’m pretty sure the part of your butthole that gets poop on it when u poop pretty much retracts back inside u after u finish and stand up, so I think paper does a good enough job without needing wipes or soap, unless you’re planning on having someone’s face down there

I spent a few weeks in hospital a while ago and I was given morphine daily (which causes constipation). I went over a week without poopin' and it was pretty bad once it happened.

I heard when I was younger this story about an actor, John Wayne. His diet was a lot of rare steak and heavy food, and lots of black coffee. He refused to allow restroom breaks during shoots. When he died it's said he had like 10 to 15lbs of poop in his intestines.
