Sorry for the late reply. I covered the tetrapak plate with red ink first then wiped it. And then I applied black ink on the head, chest and hands then wiped again. This technique is called a la poupee.

hi, i love it. im new to printing and I'm about to get a mini press. what is the step where you put paper in liquid? thank you :)
@elmerborlongan56952 ай бұрын
Thanks! The paper has to be thick 200 to 300gsm. Soaked the paper in distilled water while inking the plate. After you finish wiping the plate blot the paper using newsprint or towel. The paper has to be damp not wet. Happy printing.

That little handle is genius. I feel inspired to make some tiny prints. Was there any reworking done between the prints? Because it's crazy how many prints you were able to get from this recycled material! I use thin plastic and the amount of detail decreases rapidly.
@elmerborlongan56959 ай бұрын
Thanks. No reworking. This material can handle 10 to 12 editions at the most.

Hi pak. Saya dari INDONESIA. Saya mau bertanya. Plat yang kau buat itu, bisa bertahan berapa lama dan berapa kali cetak sampai plat itu rusak pak? Terima kasih sudah menjawabnya❤
@elmerborlongan56959 ай бұрын
Hi. Piring tidak bertahan lama karena tekanan terus menerus dan hanya dapat mencetak dari sepuluh hingga lima belas edisi. Terima kasih ❤️
