That Himalayan salt has virtually no Potassium. A properly balanced electrolyte should have Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium.

Cheers. I volunteer at the local ParkRun and no problems at all reading the runners' codes on the garmin. I felt I ought to try it too so your video was very useful.

Great video, the DOMS should stop being a thing after another week or so once your body gets used to it again (I'm sure you know that anyway). If you had stretched after the first one, perhaps they may have been a bit less, but 100% with you on definitely having the cool-down stretching. That change alone made the world of difference to my ability to recover faster. Look forward to how you're feeling in a few days after the second round of DOMS.

Great feedback. Normally there is something oddly satisfying about DOMS (knowing you have worked hard) but with an already tight back, I felt so stiff. Thankfully the exercise and stretching did the world of good. Thanks for watching.

Been on the "start-again" path a few times myself in various things for similar reasons of kids and injuries. The biggest thing for me was having something to aim for, some goal/event/milestone. I've just got 1 race left of my season then dialing back into winter training. Have you set yourself something to aim for aside from the c25k? or is the final week's constant run your target? Look forward to following along your journey, best of luck!

Great goggles these, I have 2 pairs, one with clear lenses for pool and overcast OWS and a second pair with mirrored ones for brighter OWS. Highly recommended from me!

Great video! As a follically-challenged individual headwear is a tough one to get right. Always a delicate balance of protection vs overheating for me.

This is amazing, congrats on getting a triathlon celebrity this early on! Actually came across your podcast after searching for Taren on Amazon Music podcasts (which I couldn't find)... loving yours so far though, a few episodes in now. My mother's side of the family is also from Cardiff, so this is even better :)

Great review! I bought a pair of these and absolutely love them. I rinse them off with fresh water after use, but I can't seem to get rid of smudges on the inside of the lense. Do you have any tips? It says not to rub it due to the anti fog coating but just rinsing it doesn't get rid of the marks :(

These are the best goggles I have used. I come from a pool swimming background and am now a marathon swimmer. I use the Mp xceed in every setting. I note the question regarding open water testing... I swam for 13 hours wearing a pair of these in the channel ... absolutely love them.

Try shelled hemp seeds instead of rolled oats to make it gluten-free or just for more protein and less carbs.
