This chart is not accurate. The pokemon family chart which was given by Pokemon developers was real. According to that Arceus and Mew both belongs at same level as Arceus who have all pokemon type plates while Mew who have DNA of every pokemon that is in existence including legendary pokemons also. There are only theree Mythical pokemons in the entire pokemon universe and they are Arceus, Mew and Hoopa.
