Interesting. OP described a reaction I read about in a magazine. If someone does you dirt, just walk away. And going forward, behave as if that person does not exist.

When I was in middle school, there was this HUGE dude, who was the stereotypical jock. I say huge, because we were in the 7th grade (maybe 13 or 14 years old) and this guy was almost 6 feet tall. Sounds cliche, but he was genuinely like a character from a teen flick about school drama or something. Played football, loud, rude, and not very bright. I say this because I was a bit of a jock throughout school myself. I played football, but was taught that my size and strength were not to be used for picking on those weaker than me. I wasn't some noble protector of the weak and innocent, but I had good morals and a sense of right and wrong. Anyway, I go to gym class one day, and I see the Jock messing with this guy who I had a couple of classes with. I wasn't really friends with him or anything, but we'd talked a couple times and he seemed nice. The part that really pissed me off was the poor guy's leg was in a cast and he was using crutches. The Jock and his cronies were tossing the kid's bag around over his head, laughing their asses off while the kid looked uncomfortable. Eventually they threw the bag up onto the bleachers. They were the retractable kind that folded up against the wall, and at that moment they were folded. This meant the only way to get to his bag was to climb the bleachers like a ladder. I could tell the kid wouldn't be able to do that in his condition, so I climbed up the bleachers and threw his bag down to him. He thanked me and hobbled away. I thought that would be the end of it, but I was wrong. The Jock came up to me and said I'd ruined their game. I just stared at him for a bit, called him an asshole, and walked off. I was expecting him to come after me and beat me up or something, but he just looked kinda taken aback, as if he genuinely didn't think he'd done anything wrong. He walked back over to his buddies and that was that. To this day, it's one of the strangest interactions I've ever had.

I know a girl who is 19 and didnt know that bacon and ham come from the same animal. She also couldnt figure out how i got in my car because i didnt have a button to unlock the doors. I had to explain that i just had to unlock the doors with the key for about 5 minutes because she couldnt understand unlocking a door with the same key you use to start the car
