Here is an incredible tip, the enemies don't attack randomly, especially bosses, they act on a set turn timer. Weak attacks = 1, Medium = 2, Strong = 3, Defending (Not the entire party) = 1, Elements = 1. I don't know what the entire party defending one is sadly. Using this information you know exactly when an boss attack is coming making even the most difficult of bosses easier. It also highlights that if a character has less the 1.0 on their stamina gain they aren't that good relatively speaking and can get you stuck in a low stamina cycle if you're not prepared for the boss. You can actually use the above information to with 100% certainty get the true ending without the boss interrupting you.

Just bought the game and going home soon playing it for the first time I’m so excited didn’t even know this game was out

Just started playing this game last Saturday and boy is this harsh! The first 5 hours are brutal. I'm getting killed and killed time and again. Though your video is helpful, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, because Shulk doesn't seem to aggro that much (probably more than it should, but it feels overall not that bad), but Reyn gets killed from all the hits he takes, and I don't see any way around it. I use my healing as soon as possible. I got wrecked against the spider, dying like 8 times. I decided to do all the side quests before my next stream so I would level up, hoping this will make things a bit easier. I'll see how it goes. I'd have to go read how to fill the combo bar, because between each stream, I tend to forget some mechanics, and I tend to not use my combo too much, because I feel like I need the bar for revive and warnings. (Is it mandatory to alert Reyn of special attacks or can I just shield it? I feel like only the shield doesn't work, because maybe it's just because it's not 100%?).

There’s a move you can get as a child that turns enemies undead that kryie pairs extremely well with with. You learn it from the bats at mt glaus when they’re at low health

20 years qgo i started this mission. Quit after 100 tries. Guide book backbthen sucked. Now ive played again im up to 137 tries in the last month. .08 seconds for the 15th fucking time!!! That last ballon i can not get, seems like it gies theough me. Imbstrong enough to finish the game but i dont have titus and wakkas celestrial weapon. I think screw it qnd be done with this game. Then im burning it!!

I just started the game and it's my first (finally!) persona. Overwhelmed but loving it 😅

A few other tricks: if you hug the right shadow as you're coming to the second turn, the birds targeting you cannot turn quickly enough to actually hit you. Same if you take the little separated jag on the left at the end of section 3.

The fact that they never added anything in the remastered version to make this easier so infuriating I hate square enix 240 hrs on this still can’t beat it.

Really enjoying Triangle Strategy so far, but coming from more western TRPGs, I hate how grindy it is. I know a lot of the grindy-ness comes from conventions established by classics of the genre, but a handful of QoL updates would have gone a long way. Even if they didn't want to cut the grinding completely, would it have killed them to just have all the bags be collected automatically at the end of the battle? Or at least make that an option, like they did with difficulty?

Literally nothing is helping. Closest so far is 2.1 seconds. My thumb hurts and the birds ARE making a hard turn for me if I get stalled and get hit by 3 in a row. Playing HD version and I want to cry. I can't get Lulu's either. I get to 49 missed strikes and BAM..every time. I want to give up but without them I can't beat 2 in Monsters Arena.. The minimum conviction requirements to get the true ending are 444 utility to convince Anna to go along in chapter 9 and 448 liberty to convince Anna to reveal Roland's identity in chapter 10. In chapter 15, both Anna and Erador pick return home if you do not try to convince them otherwise so it's an auto win, even if you have 0 morality.
