another most most moving performance of the Appassionata- Evgeny you continue to bring colour to this probably the best known of Beethoven's sonatas perhaps with the exception of the Moonlight. Marvellous young friend.

love your Vivaldi/Bach - exciting. The second movement of the Bach is amongst the most beautiful I have ever heard - normally played on a large organ. I like the piano transcription - again young friend you are blessed with a remarkable memory. I wish more would recognise your talent.

Love your playing of the Appassionata Evgeny - so many play it as if it were a competition to see haw lowdly they can pay it. Beethoven could hear every note when he wrote it. Bravo young friend.

Schoenberg is monstrously difficult to play and requires a special ear to listen to. Bravo Evgeny for giving his music a try. It is much more interesting to play than to listen to. Bravo young friend. You deserve to be highly commended for learning this piece by heart.

You’re right. This is his own version. I’ve been binging this piece for a few weeks and I haven’t heard anybody play the first movement with such unique phrasing. I love it, even if the 12/8 rushes at times (at the climax especially 😅). I for one very much appreciate the modern interpretation

But try Vladimir Ashkenazy’s version,… just for a moment 🎵🎶 🎹 In my opinion:that’s the way to preform this sonata.

Samuil Feinberg was a prolific pianist and composer of the Russian world which I have just started exploring. His Piano Sonatas are mind blowing! Here he arranges for piano solo Bach's own transcription of one of Vivaldi's most expressive and melodius works! Well done for your performance and for bringing this piece to a wider audience!
