I just recently learn how to front rack, and it is tough for me still after 1 month. My elbows is harden from years of training for armwrestling. It feels very awkward to hold the weight up and so I'm trying to stretch more like you recommended. I don't know when these stiff elbows of mine will be flexible enough but I will keep trying daily from now,. Thank you

Those with sciatica, especially L5-S1 herniation, DONT DO anything after 4:50. You will make your condition worse!!!

Depends on if it swollen very bad and painful to touch it cant massage tendon , if its pain if touch it . Comes from overuse. Like jogging too much , walking too much . Jobs where you walk alot . Have to wrap the heel and ankle or wear heel guards. Also tape heel area inside shoes and boots with Gorilla Tape. And wear two pairs socks always blocks friction.

Great video. I worked at a computer/laptop and my "mouse" hand gets this tension all the time. Will invest in one of those tools I think. Oh and in the nicest way possible.....Jazz is a certified baddie :)

Im 34 years old i have suffered with back ache in various places since my late 20s, i had an mri scan done after seeing doctors for years. The findings were suprising to my doctor but i knew something was really not right. There is loss of the normal lumbar lordosis. Mild degenerative disc disease in cervial spine with shallow disc bulge/osteophyte bar at c6/c7, Mild degenerative disk buldge at t8/9/10, L1/2 L5/S1. I dont know what any of that means but im worred haha

I really like pause squats, but I would add that they are different in terms of skill to regular squats. Personally, I've done pause squats for most of my life without realizing it 😅 and when I started squatting without the pause, it took some time for me to learn how to transition from descent to ascent well. You will be stronger at the movement you practice more. So just because you pause, it doesn't automatically follow that pause squats are more difficult than regular squats for everyone.
