Seasonal depression when it’s sunny out….yeah I don’t think you know what that means

www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/seasonal-affective-disorder SEASONAL means during a season. Summer is a season. I don't think YOU know what that means <3

@@rachel_loaf Agreed. I far prefer winter and have a tendency to get depressed and sluggish with the heat and humidity. When the weather cools, I feel like a weight has been lifted.

I don't even like to go over 48 hours mostly because the eggs tend to get too salty after that! I've never made it to day 5 😆

I'll try these. I tried to make some marinated eggs, but i mistakenly put sesame oil in, and it overpowered everything else, so its difficult to eat them lol
@rachel_loaf

yeah you gotta be careful with sesame oil in general. usually just a tiny drizzle is more than enough to get the right amount of sesame flavor! it can be super overpowering otherwise.

Okay, so it's only like 3.5 eggs per person per day, which is reasonable if you eat consider that a 2-egg breakfast could be standard, and then an average of 1.5 eggs per person for the rest of the day...that sounds doable?

Omg yes! I thought I was alone!!. I was always told seasonal affective disorder was only for people getting depressed in the winter. But I've always been sluggish and unmotivated in the summer and spring, but up and at em in the winter and fall. My grandma always told me it was because my slavic genes made it so 😅. I'm so glad someone else relates. I'm about to make some of these noodles though, they look AMAZING
