@@InfineonTechnologiesAG Why all Chip Industries prefere Malasia ? There are some discussions about reindustrialization of Europe. Therefore new Chip production sites would be worthful. What is good in Malaysia: Low wages, cheap energy, plenty of sweet water ? Malaysia is neither Western nor BRICS aligned ? Meaning a save asian location not in property of rival superpowers. SiC is often regarded as substitute to GaN. And on Gallium China has a production monopol. Some semiconductors like fast power ciruits can be made from GaN and SiC. But for LEDs only GaN works ? Therefore China has a monopol on LED production ?

How can the algo be integrated on embedded hardware? How much memory and throuput performance is needed (with/without HW FPU) ? Could this be run on Cortex-M4 running at 96 Mhz ? How much samples per second are possible ? How fast can the algo put results to the output?

In recent time DC powerlines with around 1 MV and 10 KA = 10 GW are build. Especially in China. I was told that the DC to AC converter constist of hundreds thyristors in series, were one thyristor handles up to 6 KV. I would like to hear more about this theme. Are this thyristors are made from SiC or GaN ? And The AC to DC is a simple six diodes rectifier with perhaps 200 6KV diodes in series ? Also SiC / GaN ? Normal Si semiconductors reach some 100 Volts operation potential. But 6000 Volt ? How is it made ?

Come to think of it... it does sounds more responsible to think 'power first' when it comes to any A.I. endeavours these days. We wouldn't want people to perceive that humans become extinct due to A.I. advancement like being fictionally portrayed by so many movies these days (used to be that Life imitating Art, and now Life might tend to imitate Fiction). Kudos for bravely recognising these afterthought facts associated with A.I. advancement, and be courageous enough to take the lead in re-architecture the power processors form factor by thinking 'power first' approach in its semiconductor design.
