Thanks for listening and for your question. Reclaiming our natural state has to do with staying true to our selves, rather than being influenced or manipulated by the world around us -- which can include messages we are given by the media, authority figures, and anyone who would have us go against our true nature for their own purposes. In another light, it can also be seen as reclaiming our relationship and balance with the earth and nature, which is literally what we are made of. Our bodies come from the earth and when we pass, we return to the earth. So, to be in harmony and balance with the natural world (to the best of our abilities given our dependence on technology) is crucial to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For me, it's about honoring and respecting nature, as well as having an ongoing practice of recognizing what or who is influencing me and what their motives are. Are they well-intentioned or trying to control my behavior, buying habits, what to think/feel/believe, and how to behave? We need to find and develop our own inner compass to help us be true to ourselves, and as long as we aren't intentionally hurting anyone else, I believe this is the true purpose in life.
