Thanks for the great video, that tiger is a lovely piece. Don`t have one yet but I am lucky enough to have a Boker MG-42 damascus dagger and a Boker Leopard 1 folder which by the way might be the best folding knife I`ve ever seen. The damascus blade is just mesmerizing.

I have had the knife a week ago and two screws have already come out of the sheath. I think that for that price they should upgrade the sheath to a leather one because a friend who bought the same knife had the same thing happen to me, now I will have to Have a new sheath made to carry my knife.

I was briefly interested in these but a few crucial things made me search elsewhere. Aside from folding all it offers is a high price, Chinese construction, and one of the worst steels you can buy x50 1.4116 (don’t take my word check out knifesteelnerds steel comparison chart). The “overland” ones are a little more appealing (made in Italy) but it seems pretty tough to beat my cheap-ish victorinox for camping and such.

60 / 40 grind eliminated all pull through sharpeners and sharpening of your average user. You're going to have to have higher knowledge of sharpening with your own stones or have it professionally sharpened. Curious why they did that.

That is a good question. We have sharpened quite a few of them and we just 50/50 it upon resharpening. It works just fine and doesn't degrade cutting performance.

I very much enjoyed your video on the Kershaw launch 6. You did a very outstanding job. I love the one I have but with one exception. It has opened in my pocket a couple of times due to something pressing on the pocket from the outside. There is nothing else in the pocket. Is there a lock that I can install on this? If so, Where can I purchase it?

Howdy from Texas! Heard about TJ on a KZfaq video and immediately went to his site and signed up for his newsletter. A few days later he put out a special run of 3 of these and I was lucky to get one. Also saw a review of the confidante and went back to his site and ordered one to my taste today for Cmas! Well cruising for more reviews of his blades I found yours and glad to see y’all have inventory as well. Thanks and Merry Xmas to all! 🤠🇺🇸🇨🇱🥃

Great video. Only thing I do different is I cover the knife edge with masking tape so I dont accidently cut myself. Those things are sharp. Masking tape doesnt leave a film either.

It’s a “small” skinner, it can’t be a “small game” skinner - you don’t use a knife to skin small game, you just pull the skin off with your fingers.

I just don't understand why when companies are going with one tool on a knife they go with bottle opener. no one is opening bottles that much. There are so many other useful things that you could put there. Even if you need to open a bottle there are a million and a half ways to do it.

I have to buy a few. They are made about 60 miles from where I live. I love knifes and I love supporting my neighbors. Win win. I do wish they had them available in magnacut or 3V but s35vn is still an amazing steel when heat treated right. Update: 30 minutes later, I bought it! Can't wait to compare it to my Bradfords. Thanks for the great info. 👍👍

I haven't disassembled either of my 940s or my Mini Grip or my 945 but I have disassembled a few Ganzo knives with crossbar locks. With those Ganzos, I found it easier to reassemble one side, slide the pivot in, put in the blade and then slap on the other side. Would that technique work with the Benchmades?
