I like the design, but I am not sold on the interior colors, too much tones making the kitchen and living room dated. The space, interior layout is nicely proportioned, utilized.

Hi sir, Could you please suggest a plan for fully commercial building of size 35(front)×65. The plot has road on its south (national highway) and west (concrete street road) face, while there is residential buildings on north and east face. Stairs for the upper floors and adequate number of bathrooms for all the shops are the only requirements. All dimensions in feet.

6x10 po lot ko with parking nahihirapan po ako design duplex house ko for expansion. Gusto ko may space pa din sa adjacent unit and this video helps me so much po. Pero if consultations and design natanggap po kau?
