Score for 200! Have a F935 (same as yours but diesel and some differences in thehyd system) with a 72" decl. Used it for years mowing 5 to 10 acres every week and snow blowing in the winter. Bought it with 700 hrs, now over 3000 hrs retired just for snow work. Does a great job with the 48 inch 2 stage blower. Heated cab is nice as well, warm and cozy! Now mowing same are with a cherry 1445 4x4 72" deck. Great machine. Picked it up with a little over 200hrs on it, pretty good for a 14yo tractor! Now put around 100hrs a year on it, damn good machine.

Hi. The selector valve was used to divert the hydraulic oil to the auxiliary equipment before someone attached the remote lever unit to it. Without the auxiliary unit you can only use one at a time. I use it on my 5000 to switch between the 3 point and front loader. You can read about it in your user manual under “Auxiliary services control valve” or in chapter 11 of the service manual.

Great rebulid man. I rebulid and basically make whole new decks for the 14ft JD’s for our farm to sell. I would give one tip that will save you a lot of money. A lot of them high dollar bearings and seals from JD you can buy cheaper from napa and are better quality. And for the small models like this they might not be crazy expensive. But for the 14ft model there over 100 dollars while napa is like 20. Glad to see someone else do this kinda thing. Great job man.

@@marktolman6037 Yes it was factory. They make a 2 piece pulley set consisting of a split hub with a straight keyed bore and a large outer taper that gets drawn in a corresponding tapered bore of the pulley with two bolts. Nice job and nice truck. I have a 95’ Silverado with the nv4500. I’m about to do a clutch replacement myself since I don’t have that much money on me. transmission shop quoted me around $1200-$1500.I’m gathering all the tools I might need and in the process of getting a transmission jack.
