I saw this film in West Los Angeles on the night it Premiered! An interesting group of people in the audience, definitely not sheep ... I eventually bought the VHS tape and had it for years and gave it away about 10 years later. So thank you so much for posting it here on KZfaq, great to revisit a great film. Seems like I catch something new each time .... I would love to see a current version of this film adding in cell phones, social media and all the political mess, etc. More to talk about for sure! We've come a long way since 1981, just don't feel it's the 'best' way .. sad to say. Blessings to All ~

I love this movie <3 Watched while I was in a cabin outside of the city celebrating my birthday, it was perfect. Another movie I will recommend is Waking Life by Richard Linklater, I love it. Other movies I enjoy the pace of and the topics are The Triplets of Belleville and The Illusionist (2010), both by Sylvain Chomet.

I love the authority I Kate Caphaw’s voice when she is telling Control to launch. You can hear the urgency in it but then she changes to a softer tone to Catherine to get in her seat. Good acting
