Make a solar powered electric motored version with an elongated roof to accommodate 9-11 400w panels, with a displaced hull instead of a planing one, oh add a shower in the head. Now you are green, clean, with unlimited range at maybe 9-15 knots, and in the future of boating. No, this is not for a couple of hours of fun then find some fuel, it’s a traveling coastal cruiser for a cool, comfortable vacation on water.

Hello! Does the gtc have a glass or some hard cover panel to close the sunroof during rain? The soft sliding matetial doesn't look rain proof

My most favorite boat along with the 400gtc, but speed and cruising comfort is an odd mating. This and the 400 gtc should be offered on a displacement hull like the seapiper 37 (w/seakeeper built in) and get 1000nm on 200 liters of fuel rather than burning 75-190 liters per hour at 45mph. The gtc’s are perfect for distance, comfortable cruising even if it’s at 7 knots. I struggle to comprehend the practicality of racing from one fuel station to the next as i spend a few days in such a wonderful interior. Please consider such a different and pragmatic reality.

If the windshield went all the way up, I would seriously consider this model. As is, I would never. I’d have to go with the full cabin model. Looks like they are AWESOME boats for the price.

Extraordinary, as well as the price. I Love it. I'd like to see some performance idea in Caribbean seas. Here's a question, why has no one ever designed a retracting bow cover, like on your roof? This bow area could get quite wet. Kind rgs from Toronto

I really like the 270 GTO but…for Australia conditions with a killer hot sun the glass roof wouldn’t work. The other option I’d prefer to see is the seating in a lounge option. Most people buying this boat would be coming from a bow rider boat and think we prefer the lounge layout to the highly structured dining table and chairs layout. I’m not going eat on the table like I’m at home. I Think I’m buying this boat because it is a bigger better more sea worthy boat than bow rider. A day boat really.

Great video again Dan, so many boat guides never show simple things like where the covers go! I think a 320 GTC is more appropriate here in the UK given the weather, but this one is a beauty too

2 engines in cruising speed will burn less fuel than 1 engine in cruising speed and having 2 engines is a safety option
