Roughly 50mm drop but that was diesel springs, petrol springs would be too soft

It's firm but nothing bad, as my wheels are now 19x9s with a 245/35 tyre I get rubbing only on very large bumps

It come with the foglight kit I bought, can be bought separately from ebay etc, golf switch works if you can get one from a scrapyard

Yes I would start by looking at the dog bone mount, located on the rear of the gearbox to the subframe
