The color sensor is used. Since 4 know variables have been randomized, once 3 out of the 4 variables are known, the value of the 4th can be inferred.

Nice! Why EV3 is 15 seconds ahead Spike, same run/missions order?

The Spike robot has some pauses between movements. However, we are now completing the run in 49 seconds with version 3 of the code.

My self I use a spike prime and looking at both robots do the identical run the spike prime was a lot smaller and had faster turns than the EV3. So if you ask me the spike prime is better

The parts used are from the Spike Prime Set and Spike Prime Expansion Set. It'll take a while to explain in detail, how it is built.
