Thank you for this info. Ever since I got carpal tunnel in both hands my fingers need relief from pulling my fingers to pop the joints. I’m praying after surgery I’ll get better.

I don’t like pre chopped produce hack as it is much more expensive and only lasts a few days. That means more trips to grocery store which isn’t possible. Fixed disability income doesn’t allow higher costs of pre chopped fresh produce. My hack is stocking up on frozen produce when it is on sale.

Medication to help brain fog. Caffeine? Nicotine ?

I really liked the nibble so ordered it right away. The knife part fell out and because of my hands I can't get it back in. I'm so sad 😢

Very important topic! I see so much of it-Brain fog is definitely a part of autoimmune disease. And yes it impacts so many areas. We definitely need more research/treatments on this.

How can you cure Arthritis that is an auto immune disease? I'm not trying to be ugly or rude, but being someone who has chronic RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS which is the most absolute worst and it's very painful so painful some people aren't even able to walk. They become wheelchair bound. If they are using a walking aid to help them walk then they can only walk so far before walking literally causes them to flare up and bakers cysts appear behind their knee caps, or maybe they start causing permanent damage to their knees because the pain their fighting through isnt pain they should be tolerating? So this walk seems like a slap in the face to them. I get it osteoarthritis is painful too, but people deal with with Osteo can usually just walk it out, stretch and feel better. RA isn't that simple, and while I understand maybe it's their families and loved ones walking this "WALK" for them. How long is the distance of the walk? Maybe try calling it 5k Race for Arthritis Athletes with Arthritis Go with the Flow for Arthritis Roller Walk for Arthritis (Get it? Haha 😉 like Roller skate but you can roll or walk 😂) Okay I'm done now. If you've ready this much then thank you guys SOOOOOO much for taking to time to read my frustrations and opinions. Feedback is necessary and appreciated 🤠

Thank you for walking for me as I wait for my Rheumatologist to let me know whether my insurance will pay for a new medication for me!

I take 500mg of Bromelain (daily) to help clear out the inflammation instead of steroids... been doing it for the past 4 yrs, and it works for me. No more RA meds. Go natural whole foods, and organic. 👍

I love this. I don't have Arthritis, but I love a good stretch before getting out of bed. It gets out the kinks especially in a post-menopause body.

I was on Remicade for 5-7 years and that worked even though i went from 8 weeks, to 6 weeks to 4 weeks and then I made antibodies against the medication. The rheumatologist tried Humera and that never worked. Now he is checking with the insurance company to see if they will pay for Otezla! All I know is my toes are and fingers are swollen and I hurt all over!

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

thank you a lot of people do not realize how lupus and arthritis fits together and that we are at more risk i had family who have no clue how bad lupus is to me and prefer to say that i am being silly which i know i am not it is very serious still mine is more sunlight which triggers my autoimmune condition normal people have SLE i have the skin and joint pain one with hearing lose funny how they just pick out the hearing one and not see all the other conditions take care i still work and had another outbreak it was mild compared to the start of the pandemic. lupus is RA so i will be unable to have a normal life when im older. Please look things up if someone you know comes out with any of these conditions after having long covid it is heartbreaking to lose you. Also i have found one KZfaq channel medcram using uv as covid therapy i cannot go near uv lighting but this could be something good to come out of the last three years lack of vitamin d is another one that was the cause of mine i have another rare condition no parathyroid had them accidentally removed during an operation in my throat this absorbs vitamin d gives us calcium my whole family did not follow the guidelines execpt from my own mum and dad my partners saw children who where playing with there grandma my mother in law who now has Alzheimers who i will have to look after been working in care for years now this be very very careful it might be ok for one person not for people like us with chronic problems i only take vitamin d so i was able to work very very tough cured mine via a whole food diet limit processed food but as i say i have a rare condition called hypoparathyroidism as well as this there is another one high calcium very serious can have heart attacks called hyperparathyoidism more common and need to remove these 4 glands in the kneck behind the thyoid very small
