I bought one of these about three years ago and all the powder coat paint on the inside of the top flaked off after simply cleaning it with Dawn soap a few times. This simply should not happen. Not acceptable. The grill was always covered with a cover made by them when not in use. It's just poorly made. I would not recommend any of the grills.

Good god, I just want to help you guys with these videos... the picture is 2 stops overexposed, audio has an echo like it's inside a dumpster. Eyes and ears...burning...ouch Great info though, if a person can actually handle 30 minutes of the pain.

Glad you guys are making yt videos again. Some feedback on the production: 1. Get a tripod so that the camera can stay steady throughout the video 2. No need to zoom in so much. You could have both sets of grates in frame and still get all detail needed on the griddle.

The meat is only gonna absorb the smoke in the first few hours of the smoke . So fyi put your smoke bombs 💣 pretty close together or it’ll be worthless. Just how I was taught and have experienced .

Why isn't this community more popular? I own 12 pits and didn't dive into the Hasty Bake until recently. I've been a sheetmetal worker, and welder/fabricator for 30 years. I can relate so much to Grant. Go with what you know.

Truly awesome! I will be adding a Legend to my arsenal very soon! I am interested in seeing how it works with my cooks! Salute about beer being wasted when using wood chips! It should be illegal to do so! Disrespect of beer is terrible!

@hastybakegrills when you say you're going to crank the temp up to 300 how are you physically doing that? Opening the exhausts? Raising the bed? Other?
