thanks bro! I used a couple of bricks on each side and got it on first try after a whole day of frustration and despair I didnt even have to get under the lip I just pushed it down...which worked with my elbows holding it in place thats the big difference..also put it the tyre under a hot shower to make it more flexi...not sure if that helped tho tbh

Rather than a aluminium block, why not drill higher holes in the legs?

Is that a wood or composite surface for the workbench table top?

Hey man I'm very happy for you. I've been fully expecting this you have been doing way too much out of that tiny garage. Keep it up.

I love your channel but one bit of advice to who grinds metal is please wear a mask . For the most part, inhalation of grinding dust or other dust particles causes scar tissue and impairs lung functioning leading to chronic lung disease. Once grinding dust has entered the lungs, dust particles can dissolve in the bloodstream resulting in damage or cancer in vital internal organs

hi Jim, I have the same table saw and was looking for some help on the design(I suck at design). Can you share the tabeltop dimensions? Looks like a 4x3.

My woodworking shop is a 20x25 metal building similar to this one. To help hanging the paneling, insulation, workbench, cabinets, etc., I treated the inside like a pole barn and put 2x material at critical points up the walls (floor, 36", etc.). I did 1x furring strips to help hold the roof insulation until I got basic hardboard attached for the ceiling. Mr. Cool mini-split and ceiling fans for the win!

Looks like you were using a 'touch up' gun vs a full size gun. The full size would've had a wider spray pattern and taken a lot less time and better coverage.

Since the wood looked like it was soaking the paint a primer then paint would have worked better. But that's so time consuming and I have no patience lol. I don't like painting wood. I have a few cabinets I feel I can do the same with. Thanks for the inspiration.
