Can you recommend a better way of heating my enclosure? I have I used the same lights as you, but I had one ceramic heater that I use to keep lower temps at night and it literally started on fire. Luckily I was home when it happened because it literally started like a torch. I heard the ceramic top crack and then 🔥. Now I’m terrified to use them again as we have kids in the house. Maybe a rare occasion but still makes me paranoid when i go to bed

Hey man great video have you tried reptilinks for them I believe they have and insect formula
@tomsarc9 күн бұрын
I like to use whole insect and invertebrates because I know what nutritional value each one holds. I don’t feed insect mush because I don’t know what’s in them specifically

what would be a great size for a baby Savanah monitor I'm soon going to get one. but I need recommendations

I would say an 40 gallon for starters I got 2 of my babies in 2 40 gallons (separately) but they do well in there for temporary until they grow into an bigger size enclosure

You do such an amazing job with your animals. I would consider cleaning the pump every 3 months because of the bio load. That's just my opinion. That fish poop is going to be good for the grass. I really luv watching ur videos. Keep them coming.

I agree I think every 3 months will a better time frame to clean the pump.

You did an amazing job on their enclosure. It's very beautiful. Can you give an update on what you have going on with your savanna monitor enclosures. What size do you have them in and how you have it set up? Also what lighting are you using? I have a 7 month old and would like to know how your keeping your monitors so I know im keeping mine correctly. Thank you for sharing your videos I really enjoy them.
